Come join Tosha and learn how to get that perfect crust for your bread.

This class will include instruction on hand kneading, folding, the float test, the windowpane test and a beginner's look into hydration. Bring a loaf pan or dutch oven so that after the final rise your loaf will be ready to bake or opt for an overnight rise.

All supplies are included in the class. 
You may bring wine/beer and snacks.
Don't miss out on this class...class size is limited to 12 students.
Please arrive 10 minutes early and each person present in the studio must have a paid seat.
Registration ends on 9/12/24.
