Return Policy: Cancellation Policy for Studio and Online:
Merchandise refunds: Due to the nature of our business there are no returns, refunds or exchanges given for merchandise ordered, bought at the shop or online.
STUDIO classes/workshops: Class min required is 6 max is 12
Due to the nature of our classes/workshops, there are NO REFUNDS! In the event you cannot attend a class/workshop, you must provide 48 hours notice to receive a credit for another class/workshop of equal value and must be used within 6 months from date of cancelled class. With less than 48 hour notice, there will be no credit.

If unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel the same day of a class/workshop you are scheduled to attend, we suggest you find a friend/family member to come in your place so that you are not out the fee you paid. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit to use on a future class/workshop.
Class/workshop fees can not be used on store/online merchandise.
Note: We make every effort to keep the posted schedule but reserve the right to cancel/revise as required due to low registration or circumstances out of our control. In such an event, a refund will be issued or a credit can be issued for another class of equal value. If class is higher in value you can pay the difference the day/night of class.
ONLINE classes are non refundable as there is a link to watch up to 30 days after live class/video.
